Here’s what you missed from Troy Seyfert…
The conversation starts with Troy giving a little bit of background about his hometown, education, religious affiliations, and real estate career. He shared how he worked through learning to balance his time, especially when he started a family.
Next, Kevin asked Troy how he sees himself as an expert online marketer. Troy discusses his knowledge of digital marketing and how he maximizes his presence and promotions on the platform. He also talked about his “Re/Max Top 40 Under 40” award, which is given to those with the highest number of transactions and volume in the country. He expressed his gratitude and honor for the award, as well as for being a part of such a driven team.
When it comes to mentorship, Troy has high regard for Gerald James, a go-getter with brilliant real estate ideas. He also mentioned that he participates in monthly coaching calls with realtors all over the country and learns from their diverse experiences.
He then defined a real estate agent as “Someone that understands the important balance of a home, lifestyle, family, and good investment.” He explains that the statement in general means that you must be a good listener and understand your client’s needs in order to meet them gracefully.
The conversation wraps up with Troy sharing how he manages and retains clients during periods of rising or fluctuating interest rates. He believes that as long as the rent rates are getting higher, even when interest rises, buyers will be on the market. As an added bonus, the two also shared their thoughts and excitement for the Super Bowl!
