She took a leap of faith and offered everything she had.

Jessica then shared that she believes agents must possess skills beyond sales, such as caring and compassion for clients and being coachable, in addition to being motivated by more than just money. When it comes to running a successful real estate team, Great GA Realty has several marketing personnel, and each agent receives a certain amount of marketing support. Jessica notes that the industry is changing, and the value of video and social media is increasing, so they try to keep up with these trends.

Consistently posting content on various platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube is an effective marketing strategy in the current digital age. When asked about the return on investment (ROI) she receives from contributing content online, Jessica Herrmann explains that her primary goal is to increase her visibility and be seen everywhere. The majority of her business comes from her sphere of influence and referrals, so the idea is to be easily recognizable and stand out when potential clients research real estate companies.

When it comes to posting about recently sold listings, even though it takes them off the market for potential clients, is an effective way to showcase proof of success. Jessica also emphasizes the law of averages, pointing out She then talked about her deciding factors when referring clients to other agents on her team, Jessica explains that it is often a logistical issue due to the fact that they serve 13 counties. She sometimes refers clients to other agents on her team when she is short on time and wants to ensure they are well taken care of.

Kevin then brought up how Great GA Realty has been voted the Best Real Estate Office in Bulloch County in 2022, and they are hoping to win again in 2023. When asked about the significance of this award, Jessica explains that it is another branding opportunity and proof of their success. They have also won multiple awards in the area, which helps to increase their exposure and make more people aware of their business.

The conversation concluded with the two talking about Great GA Realty’s sponsorship of the Statesboro Main Street Farmers Market. Jessica shares that they love the farmers market and how it represents local businesses putting their earnings back into the community rather than big franchises.
