EPISODE 16: JENNIFER TAIT

Next on The Brad and Taylor Show, we have Jennifer Tait from Brookstone Realtors!

We talked about Jennifer’s experience with interior design and the changes that she’s expecting in the housing market in the coming years. Watch the full podcast below or listen on Apple Podcast.

In the meantime, here’s a summary of the conversation…

The conversation starts off with Brad asking Jennifer what she wanted to be as a kid. Jennifer mentions that she wanted to be a lawyer but ultimately wanted a career that allowed her to be more creative so she ended up going to school for interior design.

Since her parents were involved in real estate investing and she loved interior design, Jennifer decided to pursue real estate. She spends some time talking about her knowledge of renovating and how she offers that to clients as they’re looking at houses.

Jennifer spends some time talking about balancing work and being a mother of twins, mentioning the guilt working moms have.

The impact of COVID gets brought up, and Jennifer explains that since she was used to talking to clients face-to-face, she made more of a point to reach out via phone and social media to her network to stay in touch.
