EPISODE 22: MICHELLE SAWARD
On this episode of The Brad and Taylor Show, we sat down with Michelle Saward from The Saward Team to talk about her first transaction and her goals for the future!

The conversation starts off with Brad asking what Michelle wanted to be as a kid. Michelle admits that she wanted to be rich as she had an aunt that was pretty wealthy and she mentions that she wanted to have fancy stuff like her aunt.
She ended up getting a degree in anthropology and history later on, however, she had difficulty finding a career in these fields. She ended up working side jobs before deciding to find a full-time job. After spending some time working in an office, she realized she wanted to be out in the world so she decided to pursue a career in real estate.
She spent a few months getting to learn the ropes by observing at a brokerage before gaining her first clients.
Taylor asks if Michelle was ever given any advice that stuck out to her. Michelle replies saying that she was told to achieve goals through a series of micro-commitments. This helps boost your confidence and motivates you to achieve the bigger goals, she says.

Michelle spends some time talking about her first transaction as well as a memorable experience she had as an agent. She talks about her goals for the next 5 years, mentioning that she would love to help other agents grow by doing some coaching.
