The conversation starts off with Brad asking Matt what he wanted to be as a kid. Matt says that he wanted to be a motocross racer, however, after sustaining multiple injuries as a teenager, decided to change his career path.
He talks about pursuing stand-up comedy and traveling all over to perform. After meeting his wife, he decided to settle down which is when he began working in real estate. As he was starting he joined a team and shortly after joining he was asked to run the lead generation program.

Eventually, Matt decided to go off on his own and offer the consulting services as a freelancer. He spends some time talking about social media marketing and his experience with creating content on Tik Tok.
Matt spends some time talking about eXp and how it stands out in its field. He also explains Brand Over Brawn and touches on the importance of being present online as people are spending more time online.
He reflects on good and bad advice that he’s received throughout his journey as an agent and talks about what he’d do with $1,000 if he were starting a business.
