The conversation starts off with Jessica and Abby giving a little bit of background on their business. They explain that admin work in real estate can often be tough since realtors are so busy.
They talk about admins needing a little more training than the realtors usually have time to give, so their company RISE offers the training to help both the admin and agents succeed.
They also go on to explain that they understand both the admin side of real estate as well as selling since they’re both agents part-time. Jessica and Abby will often coach 1-2 clients at a time by letting them watch how they answer emails, phone calls, etc. This real-world experience helps clients prepare for a variety of scenarios as a real estate admin.
Brad and Taylor ask if Jessica and Abby have any plans for growth in the future, to which the pair reply that they would like to make RISE a full-time gig. Also, they’d like to start growing a team.
Lastly, the four talk about what Abby and Jessica would do if they had $26 to start the business, knowing what they know now. They mention the importance of social media marketing and meeting with clients face-to-face and discuss what they would specifically spend that money on.
