EPISODE 35: LOGAN EVERETT

On this episode of The Brad and Taylor Show, we sat down with Logan Everett of Sproat Realty Professionals!

The conversation starts off with Brad and Taylor asking what Logan wanted to be as a kid. He talks about being an athlete in high school and says he wanted to continue with that avenue in college.

 

This plan didn’t pan out so he decided to work on bodybuilding. After competing a few times he ended up working for GNC and got his first taste of commission. One day as he was working at GNC, his parent’s realtor stopped in and he overheard her conversation on the phone with a client.

 

From there, he decided he wanted to try becoming an agent so he could make more money in commission. His parent’s realtor took him under her wing and allowed him to mentor under her and the other members of the Sproat team.

Brad and Taylor ask if there’s any advice that has helped Logan on his journey, and he mentions that his dad told him to take full advantage of his mentors and listen to every bit of advice they have for him. Logan mentions he would give the same advice to a new agent as well as telling them to be careful of who they choose to surround themselves with.

 

Logan says he would recommend surrounding yourself with peers who can help you grow through support and knowledge.

 

The three talk about the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on Logan’s business, as he mentions many of his clients faced financial hardship, causing a pause in his business temporarily. Now that businesses have opened back up, he says his phone is ringing off the hook.

 

Brad, Taylor, and Logan spend some time talking about the most memorable houses Logan has shown and what made them stand out. They also talk about Logan’s goals for the future as well as how he’d spend $1,000 to start all over with his business.
