The conversation starts off with Justin talking about how long he’s been in the real estate industry. He mentions that he was in sales at a telemarketing company before working in the mortgage business. From there he decided to get his license.

 

He spends some time talking about what it was like working under a mentor and sharing some valuable advice his mentor gave him.

 

Brad and Taylor ask about Justin’s plans for the future and he mentions that he’d like to get his license in a few different states and cities and grow his team.

 

Lastly, Brad and Taylor ask Justin what he’d do with $1,000 if he had to start all over and he says he would hire a coach. He then explains the importance of coaching and mentorship for success in the real estate industry.
