EPISODE 43: MICHELLE DAVIS

On this episode of The Brad and Taylor Show, we sat down with Michelle Davis of RE/MAX Masters!

The conversation starts off with Michelle talking about her history of real estate investing. She mentions that she invested in rentals as well as houses for flipping. This is what led her to get her license and start buying and selling for clients.

 

She spends some time explaining her experience with her first rental property, saying it was a duplex and that her dad worked on it with her.

 

Brad and Taylor then ask Michelle if she started off on a team and she explains that she didn’t start off on one, however, she would like to have her own small team. She explains the importance of good coaching as well as having a small team so you can step away as an agent.

 

Michelle talks about the best advice that she’s received, stating that she was told to do the right thing and that good would follow.

 

Lastly, she says that if she had to start over with $1,000 for her business that she would invest in coaching and a CRM program.
