The conversation starts off with Lisa giving a bit of background on what she does as a full-time realtor and associate broker.
She talks about her teaching background and how she gradually got into real estate. She also mentioned the advice that helped her during her career change. Lisa talks about being responsible for her failures and how change doesn’t scare her.
She got her first transaction with the help of postcards and explains how that process worked for her.
Interestingly, her worst property showing was a view of a raccoon giving birth! Both cute and alarming.
Next, Brad asked about how Lisa would spend her first $1000 for her business.
Lastly, she talked about how a book entitled The Agent Mastermind by Scott Hudspeth helped her. According to her, it’s a good read and newbies should definitely read it!
