WindowStill Spotlight: David Riethmiller
This week under the WindowStill Spotlight, we have David Riethmiller!
David is one of our real estate photographers, working in a variety of areas in Ohio, including Toledo, Port Clinton, Freemont, and Monroe. Here’s what he had to say…
What is your role at WindowStill? What does a typical day of work look like for you?
I’m a real estate photographer for WindowStill. On a normal day, I show up to any appointments I have scheduled for the day. I take the photos before heading home to submit them for editing.
How did you find WindowStill?
I found WindowStill while looking for a job online. I applied and talked to Brad, and before I knew it, I was working as a photographer with WindowStill!
What do you like to do in your free time when you’re not working?
Believe it or not, even when I’m not working, I still love taking photos! When I’m not taking photos of real estate, I’m taking landscape or portrait photos.
What advice would you give to an aspiring photographer?
Always try to learn about your craft. While you may feel content and comfortable in your routine, it’s important to always learn more about what goes into a great photo and new techniques.
What do you feel is the most important quality in a photographer?
You have to be passionate about what you’re doing. If you don’t love photography, it will show in your work.
