Episode 88: Megan Farkas

The conversation starts off with Megan talking about her career aspirations when she was younger. She mentions that she wanted to be a teacher, however, it didn’t offer the chance for growth that she was seeking.

 

After spending some time working with her family in the industry, she decided to get her real estate license and eventually her broker’s license! Since then, she’s been able to increase her sales each year. Brad and Taylor ask if Megan has any advice for brokers/agents and she emphasizes the importance of building relationships. She mentions that she enjoys face-to-face interaction rather than social media.

 

Next, Brad and Taylor ask about Megan’s goals for the future, to which she talks about doubling business and adding help in the form of admin work or another agent. The conversation ends with Megan sharing how she’d start over with $1,000 and a book recommendation: The Millionaire Agent.
