The conversation starts off with Edgar giving some background on what he does. He explains that he sells real estate in the Detroit, MI area. Recently, he’s been making YouTube content!

 

Edgar talks a little bit about his goal for his YouTube channel as well as the focus before diving into his past experience. He explains that he wanted to be a professional athlete before going to college for marketing. After working in the automotive industry, he sought a career in real estate for more stability.

 

Brad and Taylor ask if Edgar has any advice and he mentions the importance of persistence in the real estate world. Next, he tells a story about the worst property he’s seen before talking about his experience as a solo agent.

 

The conversation ends with Edgar sharing what he’d do to start all over with $1,000 and his favorite book: The 7 Levels of Communication.
