Episode 103: Tony Dransfield

The conversation starts with Tony giving a little bit of background on what he does and the areas he serves. He explains that he learned about real estate from a past coworker before getting his license. Tony is currently a solo agent and always has been.

Brad and Taylor ask if Tony’s learned of any advice over the years and he mentions the importance of staying humble. Next, he tells a story about how he found his first client, explaining that he found them 2 weeks after getting licensed! This client was a Facebook friend who happened to be looking for an agent.

Brad and Taylor then ask about Tony’s first transaction, to which he tells a harrowing story of a Friday the 13th showing. The conversation ends with Tony reflecting on his goals for the future as well as how he’d spend $1,000 to start over.
