HERE’S WHAT YOU MISSED FROM ANN HERNANDEZ-GABLER…

The conversation starts with Ann sharing what she does and how she got into real estate. She spends some time talking about her educational background in Political Science and Business. Today, she realizes how it was a great training ground for real estate sales. She also shared that she recently started her Master’s in International Business. 

Initially, she worked in the retail business. When she had her second child, she found it difficult to balance her time, so she had to leave her job. With her skills in sales and interest in houses, she got her real estate license and joined a brokerage firm. 

Brad and Taylor ask Ann if a piece of advice stuck with her throughout the years. She answered, “To continue working on yourself and the value that you bring to your customers.”

Next, Ann talks about some of her most interesting experiences such as being part of her clients’ wedding proposal in a showing and being featured in a TV program. She explains the process she went through when she was scouted for the program where she shared the various sides of buying property. 

During her first year, Ann looked for a mentor that she can learn from. She emphasizes the importance of learning from someone successful in the industry as it has greatly influenced her career.

The conversation wraps up with Ann sharing what she’d do differently if she had to start all over again and her favorite business book: Together is Better.
