The conversation starts with Neel giving a little bit of background on what he does as the CEO of Maid This Franchise. He spends some time talking about the services they offer and the step-by-step process for using their services.

When he was younger, he’d always found himself around small businesses. He knew that he’d get into business eventually. The idea to start his own cleaning business sparked from a subreddit post that he came across. 

During his first year, he had no idea where to begin but he learned everything along the way. It started as a side hustle while he was working at his corporate job. He learned how to efficiently coordinate his customers to his cleaners, the payment process, marketing, and everything around it. 

Next, Neel shared the process of franchising the business and the various marketing strategies required for different locations. 

Brad and Taylor ask Neel if he’d do anything differently if he had to start all over again. He answered that he wished he was more aggressive and had taken more risks.
