HERE’S WHAT YOU MISSED FROM SADIE HAMBLIN…

The conversation starts with Sadie giving a little bit of background on what she does and how she got into real estate. Today, she’s a licensed real estate agent both in Michigan and Ohio. She explains that when she was younger, she had always worked in industries where she has control over her income. 

Sadie then goes on to explain that for 10 years, she worked as a medical transcriptionist from home. She admits that this helped her adjust to the nature of work in real estate. 

Brad and Taylor asked Sadie if she has received any piece of advice that stuck with her throughout the years. She answered, “People won’t always remember a good experience, but a bad one, they’ll never forget.” She explains that having a bad review can highly affect one’s business. Hence, she ensures that she provides good service at all times. 

She then shared the story of her worst property showing experience and the goals she has set for the future. 

The conversation wraps up with Sadie sharing what she’d do if she had to start all over again with only $1,000 and her favorite business book: Rich Dad Poor Dad.
