HERE’S WHAT YOU MISSED FROM ROBERT ORITI…

The conversation starts with Robert giving a little bit of background on what he does as a realtor and an interior designer. He then spends some time talking about how he got into real estate from recruiting and sales and interior design.

He explains that when he went back to his hometown, his parents’ home had burned down. He took over rebuilding their home where he started receiving recommendations to work in real estate.

When he got his real estate license, Robert started with a team where he was provided with leads and the resources that he needed. He shared the story of his first transaction and his first closing.

Next, Robert shared a piece of advice that has stuck with him since the beginning. He mentioned the importance of having a checklist and consistent communication with his clients. He also talked about his worst property showing experience and his goals for the year.

Brad and Taylor ask Robert if there’s anything he’d do differently if he had to start all over again. He shared that he would be more prepared and plan at least a year ahead to stay in the groove. He emphasizes the value of learning how to juggle small and bigger tasks and not just focus on one ball that might drop.

The conversation ends with Robert talking about the services they offer in his interior design company, how he manages his time, and his business book recommendation: Rich Dad Poor Dad
