The conversation starts with Sam giving a little bit of background on what he does as an agent and a business owner. His business services include home cleaning, lawn care, and now, it also includes disinfecting. 

Next, he spends some time talking about how he got into real estate. After meeting several agents, it piqued his interest to learn more about the industry and got his license. He also shared his inspiration when he started his other businesses. 

He then shared the nature of selling real estate in Guam in terms of pricing, rentals, and investments compared to other parts of the United States.

Brad and Taylor ask Sam if he received any piece of advice that stuck with him throughout the years. He mentions the importance of “eating that frog”, getting the important tasks done as early as possible, and learning how to overcome uncomfortable situations and conversations. 

Next, Sam talks about his worst property showing experience and what the experience entailed. Now that he had to start over, he also shares what he chose to do differently this time around. Sam explains that focusing more on networking and putting himself more out there has greatly developed his career. 

The conversation ends with Sam sharing how he incorporates his business into being an agent and his book recommendation: Thinking, Fast and Slow. He explains the value of being knowledgeable in psychology, especially in this industry.
