What started as a photography venture soon evolved as she reconnected with Jennifer Scanland, co-owner of The Broker House. Taking over social media marketing and other responsibilities, Cori discovered a profound passion for real estate, leading her to obtain her real estate license about two years ago.
Cori’s professional focus lies in the vibrant market of Jackson, Michigan, encompassing South Central Michigan. Growing up in Brooklyn, Michigan, renowned for its 188 lakes and the Michigan International Speedway, Cori has a deep-rooted connection to the area. Jackson County, with its plethora of seasonal homes and year-round activities, holds a special place in Cori’s heart. She has witnessed the downtown area’s revitalization over the years, hosting various events and festivals, further enhancing its appeal.
Presently, Cori navigates the real estate landscape in Jackson, Michigan, which has transitioned from “Unicorn years” to a more stable market. While the market experienced a period of bidding and over-asking, it has now normalized. Despite not expecting to see rates in the twos again, Cori describes the current real estate market in Jackson as stable and conducive to growth.
Within this market, Cori brings her unique perspective and expertise to assist clients, especially first-time home sellers, through their real estate journey. Drawing from her background in advocating for juveniles in Colorado and assisting the homeless in Mexico, Cori approaches real estate with a deep sense of empathy and commitment to her clients’ best interests.
