Here’s what you missed from Jayne Bialecki…

Jayne Bialecki’s journey into real estate began in 2010, right after graduating from college and obtaining her real estate license. Initially torn between a career in the nonprofit sector and a money-driven path, Jayne started as a buyer’s agent and later transitioned to working independently after getting married.

She then shares her experience with “house hacking,” a strategy where she rented out rooms in her home to friends, offsetting her mortgage expenses. Jayne also cautions about the repercussions of requesting tours on platforms like Zillow, stressing the importance of educating clients about the process and encouraging them to contact their own agent first.

Over the years, Jayne has built a referral-based business, primarily working with friends and family. She values personal touches and engagement, organizing events like client appreciation gatherings and fun activities like March Madness brackets. These efforts not only show her appreciation to her sphere but also blend her passion for nonprofit work with her real estate career.

Reflecting on the challenges of building a real estate business, Jayne acknowledges the time and effort it takes to establish oneself in the industry. Balancing work and family life has been a significant focus, requiring intentional time management, setting boundaries with work calls, and prioritizing self-care to prevent burnout.

As she continues to refine her business systems and elevate client service, Jayne looks forward to spending quality time with her family, participating in life events, and nurturing personal growth alongside her professional endeavors. Finding a balance between work, family, and personal time remains paramount, guiding her approach to both business and life.
