With a background in music performance, media broadcasting, business, and video production, Dean lends a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to his role.

His journey at WindowStill started as a photographer, where he honed his skills in real estate media production.

Over the years, he has taken on roles as a full-time editor, marketing director, and operations director, showcasing his deep understanding of every aspect of the business.

A Proven Track Record of Success

Dean’s journey at WindowStill is marked by significant achievements and impactful projects.

Early on, along with his colleague Dominic, he undertook the massive task of renovating the entire editing floor, increasing productivity and creating a more enjoyable workspace.

Another notable project was the complete overhaul of our training program.

Recognizing that the training materials were out of date, Dean spearheaded a six-month initiative to revamp the entire program.

He and the team produced over five hours of training videos, treating the project with the same degree of organization and attention to detail as a feature film.

This led to increased employee retention and performance, as well as demonstrating his capacity to lead large projects and dedication to continuous improvement.
