Here’s what you missed from Aaron Kramer…

Aaron Kramer’s journey into real estate began with his relocation from Toledo, Ohio, to Tempe, Arizona. Seeking a change in scenery and climate, Aaron explored various states before deciding on Arizona. Initially maintaining his real estate license in both Ohio and Arizona, Aaron now primarily focuses on the Arizona market.

His decision to move to Tempe, Arizona, was driven by the desire for new opportunities and a better climate. After exploring several states, Arizona’s appeal led him to settle there. Although he initially held licenses in both Ohio and Arizona, Aaron concentrates his efforts on the Arizona real estate market.

To familiarize himself with the new area and establish connections, Aaron joined a team upon his arrival in Arizona. He later joined another team, Rock, for additional support before transitioning to an independent brokerage with a friend and business partner. This move was motivated by his desire to branch out and avoid team splits.

Next, Aaron highlights Arizona’s continuous development and city expansion as major attractions. He appreciates the care and maintenance of the area, which he finds more appealing compared to Ohio.

Aaron emphasizes the significance of customer care in his real estate approach. He establishes deeper connections with clients by genuinely caring for their well-being, not just viewing them as transactions. His approach to initial client meetings involves understanding their needs without preconceived notions, particularly focusing on educating first-time homebuyers about the process and long-term considerations.

Aaron also shares how he finds fulfillment in guiding first-time homebuyers through the intricate process of purchasing a home. He highlights the importance of helping clients understand the technical aspects and long-term implications, enjoying the process of aiding them in making informed decisions for their future.

Aaron primarily works with sellers in Arizona. The biggest lesson he has learned in real estate is that it requires significant effort and self-discipline, drawing parallels between the discipline needed in fitness and entrepreneurship.

Aaron is active in the CrossFit community in Arizona, where he coaches classes and emphasizes dedication. He discovers parallels between the discipline required in fitness and real estate, finding motivation in both areas.

Following that, Aaron shares a memorable success story of helping an older lady move, highlighting his dedication to clients. He is not afraid of hard work and believes in going above and beyond for his clients, motivated by his belief in karma and doing good deeds.

One of the initial challenges Aaron faced in Arizona was not knowing enough people. He shifted from relying on personal connections to cold prospecting, facing the challenge of making cold calls and handling rejection. However, he finds motivation in the positive connections made through this process.

The conversation concluded with Aaron sharing his personal goals including getting a home and starting a family. In terms of real estate, he aims to double his production with a partner, emphasizing the advantage of working with a native Arizonan. Together, they strive for better customer service and increased production as a team.
