WindowStill: A year of firsts

We have had a ton of WindowStill firsts this past year. In one day, we had more photoshoots than the entire first year that WindowStill was formed. We have also doubled our office staff in the last six months and have even expanded the ways that we can help Realtors by starting a new cleaning service, Lime Green Clean. 

While all of these things are fantastic achievements that would not be possible without all of you, I have one more first for this year that I am most excited, terrified, and over-joyed to announce. On July 1st, WindowStill and Lime Green Clean opened for the first time under the direction of a new CEO. 

A year ago, I began to think about the future of our company and what would be next. I came to realize that at times, even I (Brad) was holding the company back (Let’s be honest, focus has never been my strongest of qualities!). As the need for a CEO grew, so too did Mandy’s ability to fill that role. For the last six months, Mandy has been learning even more as she has gotten training from some of the best leadership coaches in the business. 

As an entrepreneur, this was always the goal: to have built a company that not only grows and thrives, but one that forms its own leaders, role models, and visionaries. She has been the backbone of WindowStill for years and has most definitely kept me on track more than just a few times. No person is more perfect for this job than you Mandy.

Meet Mandy, aka “boss lady”

So who is this “Mandy” that I’m talking about? Well, she first joined us in March of 2020 (yes THAT March 2020). She started out learning everything you could possibly know about you, our clients, and how to best serve and communicate. While many of you have probably had one or two conversations with Mandy over the years you might not have known that she actually grew up on a farm raising and showing livestock throughout the country. Or that she has two dogs name Daisy and Missie. And sorry fellas, she’s taken. Mandy and her fiancé Dylan are getting married this September.

As a company, we cannot wait to show you, our clients, some of the exciting things that we have cooking up, but one thing is for certain, WindowStill and Lime Green Clean are still here to help you present yourself and your listing, in the most marketable ways possible.
