Episode 101: Christina Rice

The conversation starts off with Christina giving a little bit of background on what she does and her new team. She shared how she has always been interested in real estate even as a kid after viewing a lot of open houses.

 

Next, she tells a story of having to sell her own home on her own, where she also realized that she enjoyed the process and it was what she is meant to do. She also shared the advice she got when she joined her team, mentioning the importance of balance. 

 

The conversation ends with Christina sharing her worst experience selling a property, how she’d spend $1,000 if she had to start all over again, and her favorite business book: The Millionaire Real Estate Agent.
