Episode 102: Garrett McCraight

The conversation starts off with Garrett giving background on what he does as an agent. He explains that he got started in sales when he moved to LA with a friend and sold vacuum cleaners door-to-door.

After doing that for 6 years, he wanted a change and moved back home to get licensed in real estate. Garrett emphasizes the importance of having a strong support system before telling a story about the worst property he’s seen.

Brad and Taylor ask about Garrett’s goals for the future and he mentions that he wants to grow to $10 million in sales. Lastly, Garrett shares how he’d start over with $1,000 and his favorite business book: Third Circle Theory.
