Next, Kari shared how she balances her career and personal life, especially as a mom of four. She explains how difficult it was at the beginning and how her husband played a huge role in balancing everything. 

In marketing real estate, Kari believes that engaging in conversations with everyone is the best way for her to network. She then shared the hilarious story of her first transaction that required her to be extremely creative to sell the home. 

Brad and Taylor ask if Kari has any advice for new agents and she emphasizes the importance of learning from successful agents in the industry. She explains how this step has greatly shaped her career as an agent. 

The conversation wraps up with Kari talking about her worst property showing experience, the changes she made in her business during the lockdown, and her goals for the years to come.
