HERE’S WHAT YOU MISSED FROM SARAH HARMON…

The conversation starts off with Sarah giving a little bit of background on what she does. Initially, she studied to be a veterinarian and even ran a cake business for six years. 

Sarah tells Brad and Taylor that she’s always been interested in real estate and she inquired a lot before she actually started. During her first year, she shadowed a lot of agents and learned a lot in the process. 

Next, Sarah shares the advice that stuck with her throughout the years, which is to make sure to get everything in writing. She then tells a story of the worst properties she’s seen, mentioning her encounters with snakes! 

When it comes to marketing, Sarah shared that one of her favorite ways to do so is through social media, specifically with the use of Facebook and Instagram. She also expressed her least favorite way, which is door-to-door sales.

Brad and Taylor ask if Sarah would do anything differently if she had to start over again, to which she answered, she’d want to learn the overall business instead of just how some agents do it.

The conversation wraps up with Sarah sharing her goals for the year, the story of her first transaction, and her favorite book series: Game of Thrones.
