The conversation starts with Jennifer giving a little bit of background on what she does as a real estate agent and broker. She shared that she started with a mortgage business that introduced her to real estate. Today, Jennifer realizes that having this background has helped her in her career as an agent.

Next, she talked about how she balances her work and personal life. She explains that a piece of advice that stuck with her throughout the years is to take time for herself. Hence, she tries to sneak in some plans to spend time with her family whenever she can.

Brad and Taylor asked Jennifer about her favorite marketing strategies to which she answered that reaching out to everybody you know and letting them know you’re in the business will go a long way. It’s also important to be active with social media engagement.

The conversation wraps up with Jennifer talking about her goals for the rest of the year and what she’d do with $1,000 if she had to start all over again.
