HERE’S WHAT YOU MISSED FROM WILLIE DAVIS…

The conversation starts with Willie giving a little bit of background on what he does as an agent both in Michigan and Atlanta. 

In his first year, Willie started working in real estate part-time while working a 9 to 5 corporate job. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he was laid off from work. Nonetheless, he was hopeful and grateful for the opportunity to focus on working in real estate full-time. 

Next, he talked about the challenges he faced receiving support from his family. He then shared a piece of advice that stuck with him throughout the years: “Stick to your guns.” 

Willie spends some time sharing the story of his worst showing property experience and what the experience entailed. 

Brad and Taylor asked Willie if there’s anything he’d do differently if he were to start all over, to which he answered, he will not buy leads at the beginning and spend the money on his branding instead. He realizes that when he stopped paying for leads, it pushed him to work even harder. 

The conversation wraps up with Willie sharing his goals for the years to come and his favorite audiobooks: Crushing It!: How Great Entrepreneurs Build Their Business and Influence-and How You Can, Too and Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter.
