The conversation starts with Kim sharing what she does as a real estate investor and an entrepreneur. Being raised by real estate investors, she always had an entrepreneurial mindset even at a very young age.

At 18, she dropped out of beauty school when she realized how much more she can earn in real estate. Two months after getting her license, she was able to acquire her first rental unit. Today, she predicts that she’ll own over 100 units, exceeding the goal she has set for the year.

Next, she spends some time talking about the app that she developed and the software company that she started. 

Kim shares a piece of advice that her dad used to tell her, “Always make sure that you have your makeup done and you look nice when you go out in public. In real estate, you’re always working.” She emphasizes the importance of being prepared to meet potential clients at any given time. 

Brad and Taylor asked how she balances everything in her career and personal life. She explains how she lays out her schedule and ensures that she sticks to it no matter what.
