In the meantime, here’s a summary of the conversation…
The conversation starts off with Brad asking Brandon what he wanted to be as a kid.
Brandon says he wanted to be many different things but real estate stood out because his grandfather and mother were realtors. Also, he grew up in a blue-collar area and not many people owned homes near him so the idea of selling real estate appealed to him.
He goes on to talk about studying marketing in college. He spent some time working with his mother doing admin work but ultimately decided to get his license and start selling real estate himself.
After spending some time in Florida working with Keller Williams, he decided to come back to Michigan to partner with his mother in real estate. He spends some time talking about the pros and cons of working with family, mentioning that their individual strengths balanced out the team.
Brad asks about Brandon’s strategy with real estate and Brandon explains the importance of taking care of clients and putting them first. He reflects on an important piece of advice his grandfather gave him: Treat every client like they’re your only client.
He says in the next 5 years that he’d like to use the current business formula that’s working for his team and expand his service.
