On this episode of The Brad and Taylor Show, we sat down with Ryan Bean of eXp Realty to talk about how he got started as a real estate agent and his marketing strategy!

The conversation starts off with Brad asking Ryan what he wanted to be as a kid. Ryan jokes that he wanted to be Buzz Lightyear, however, his teacher said that wouldn’t be a viable option.
As he got a little bit older, he wanted to pursue a career as a college professor. After completing the necessary schooling for the profession, his interest shifted to law school. He learned it wasn’t the path for him and got involved in real estate after a peer recommended the profession.

He spends some time talking about his marketing strategy, saying he prefers to use social media for marketing. He talks a little bit about creating ads and how he decides what will go in them.
Brad, Taylor, and Ryan end up on the topic of COVID, as Ryan mentions he began working as an agent right before the initial lockdown. He mentions that it encouraged him to become more active on social media which made him ready to meet with clients once he was able to.
