The conversation starts off with Alex giving a little bit of background on what he does, explaining that he owns a couple of properties as well as a small business and works with Social House Group.
He talks about what he wanted to do as a child, explaining that he was very interested in animation. He decided that he didn’t want to make a career out of his hobby so he chose the route of real estate after investing in a couple of properties to use as rentals.
Alex spends some time talking about his first real estate transaction as well as the best advice he’s received, which is to stay consistent with his work.
In the next 5 years, Alex mentions that he’d like to be completely referral-based as well as secure as an agent. Also, he’d like to invest in more properties, particularly commercial properties.
