The conversation starts off with Shelley explaining what she does, selling residential real estate.

 

Brad and Taylor ask Shelley about how she got into real estate and she explains that she worked on the mortgage side of things for a while. Looking for more flexibility, she decided to get her license and become an agent.

 

Shelley talks about working with a brokerage and how that experience helped her get to where she is now. She also mentions that she loves working hands-on with her clients, so the work she asks for help with is very little.

 

The three talk about what Shelley would do with $1,000 as well as the best business books.
