The conversation starts off with Nicholas giving a little bit of background on what he does, mentioning that he focuses on the downsizing demographic.

 

He talks about his experience with new construction homes and explains why he connects with his demographic so well. Going back in time, Nicholas talks about wanting to be the King of England as a kid before settling for an undergrad in music. While real estate is his full-time gig, he loves directing musicals on the side.

 

Brad and Taylor ask Nicholas about the best advice he’s received and he mentions the importance of being exposed to a lot of different transactions. He says this is important because it gave him a greater understanding of how each factor impacts a transaction.

 

The three wrap it up by talking about some of Nick’s fondest memories, his favorite parts of new construction projects, and the best business book he’s read.
