The conversation starts off with Dan giving a little bit of background on his job and what he does as a real estate agent. He explains some of the professional endeavors he pursued before becoming an agent, mentioning that he was doing construction which eventually led him to real estate.

 

Dan talks about mentorship and describes his first transaction as well as his most memorable transaction. He talks about the importance of each transaction and how he gets attached to his clients and rides the rollercoaster of emotion with them.

 

Next, Dan talks a little about his goals for the future, from becoming a broker to investing in real estate.

 

The conversation ends with Brad, Taylor, and Dan talking about starting a business over with $1,000 and Dan’s philosophy on starting a business.
