The conversation starts off with Brad P. talking about what he does: selling residential real estate!

 

Brad Z. and Taylor ask what he wanted to be as a kid and he mentions his interest in architecture. After graduating from college he ended up working in the mortgage industry and Brad P. feels that working on the mortgage side of things helped him as a realtor.

 

Taylor asks if Brad P. had any advice that has stuck with him and he mentions the importance of building relationships and getting referrals.

 

Next Brad P. talks about a memorable transaction, mentioning he met his wife through it!

 

Brad Z. asks Brad P. about how he made the switch from working on the mortgage side of the business to being an agent and Brad P. explains that it came naturally as he loves working with people. Taylor asks if he would change anything about the start of his career and Brad P. mentions he would buy more real estate and start selling earlier.

 

Lastly, the three talk about how the shutdown impacted business and Brad P’s favorite business book.
