EPISODE 69: SUE PRINS

The conversation starts off with Sue talking about her transition to real estate. She mentioned that she was a cosmetologist then became a lunch lady and the rest is history.
Her husband, on the other hand, was the one that got her started with real estate. She explains that she and her husband are now working together and loving it!
Next, when she was starting out, she explained how she faked everything ‘til she made it. Her first six months on the job were a little rough.
Sue gives light on how her first transaction did not go smoothly, she forgot to include the purchase agreement and ended up paying it by herself. This led to the three talking about Sue’s worst property showing she experienced!
Lastly, Sue shares a business book recommendation entitled Better Tomorrow. This is interesting because her neighbor David Dow wrote it!
