EPISODE 70: SCOTT WHEATON

The conversation starts off with Scott talking about what he does and his strong suit! He also mentioned that started in the real-estate industry when he was still 19!

 

He points out that real estate wasn’t in his initial plan. Scott got into real estate during his lawn mowing service for a real estate investor!

 

Scott jumped into the industry right out of high school. He also shared the learning curves in the industry.

 

Next, he gives light to the challenge of selling a house for the first time being 19 years old. His first 6 months were tough as he was still trying to prove himself.

 

He spends more time describing the worst property he’s been to and how he struggled selling it. He also talks about the team he and his friend created and turned it into a family.

 

Lastly, the conversation ends with Scott discussing how books and audiobooks helped him. He suggests the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter for beginners.
