EPISODE 72: NADER HERSH AND RENU TAKHAR

The conversation starts with Nader telling about what they do as real estate agents. Nader and Renu talk about how they got into real estate since neither was interested in the traditional 9-5 work schedule.

 

They started on the same team and shared the same mindset, from then on, they’ve been partners for almost two years now.

 

Hersh shared his most memorable moments during a showing, mentioning that one house was so packed with stuff, they couldn’t even walk in!

 

Nader and Renu share advice for people who are nervous about working with a team. They mention that it is better to join a team first and learn with peers than braving the unknown alone. They also shared the pros and cons of being on a team and being an individual agent.

 

Next, Brad and Taylor asked them what they would do with $1000, they answered that they would definitely join a team with that amount of money.

 

Lastly, Brad asked them if they have book recommendations, the partners answered that asking other agents and learning on the job is their strong suit.
