Episode 78: Dominick Comer

The conversation starts with Dominick giving a little bit of background on what he does and the experience that led him here.

 

He mentions that as a kid he always wanted to be wealthy, so he sought a variety of business ventures. While working for Ford Motor Company, he met a real estate agent who said he’d be great for the job. He decided to take the leap, immediately jumping in full-time!

 

5 1/2 months went by before he made his first transaction and he explains the obstacles he faced during that period. He talks a little bit about his journey after his first transaction and how that led him to buy the business he was working at. On the topic of advice, he shares the importance of having a 5-year plan.

 

The conversation ends with Dominick sharing what he’d do if he had to start his business over with $1,000 as well as his favorite business book: The Millionaire Real Estate Agent.
