The conversation starts with Jeff sharing his background in real estate. He mentions that he originally wanted to be a firefighter or paramedic before stumbling into the real estate world.

 

Jeff shares a story about his first transaction as well as his experience with his business during the pandemic. He mentions that he wanted to plan a big party for all his past clients, however, state mandates made that impossible. After reading The Pumpkin Plan, he decided to find his most reliable clients and host a gathering with them.

 

The conversation ends with Jeff talking about what he’d do differently if he had to start over, his goals for the future, and his book recommendation: Extreme Ownership.
