In the meantime, here’s a summary of the conversation…

The conversation starts off with Rich giving a little background on what he does as a broker. He mentions that when he was younger, he wanted to be a gardener or a farmer.

Over time, he developed an interest in construction and worked in that field before becoming a carpenter, starting off his journey in sales. Rich explains that he wanted to be able to afford a Cadillac when he saw one in a parking lot and from there he pursued a career in sales, ultimately getting his real estate license!

Brad and Taylor ask if Rich has any advice, to which he mentions the importance of not taking things personally. Next, he spends some time describing the worst property he’s been to and reflecting on his plans for retirement.

The conversation ends with Rich sharing how he’d spend $1,000 if he had to start all over again (spoiler alert, he’d save it!) and his favorite business book: Rich Dad Poor Dad.
