Episode 89: Sophia Barry

The conversation starts off with Sophia giving a little bit of background on what she does. She jokes that as a kid she dreamed of lounging around in elegant gowns all day and that one day, she’d love to fulfill that dream!

 

She spends some time talking about some of the achievements and certifications she’s received in her field. She explains her transition to the real estate world, mentioning that she started out in the health field before turning that into a business. She started a variety of LLCs and has always been a businesswoman at heart, even before earning her license.

 

She tells a story about the worst property she’s been to before sharing some advice: stay focused! Also, it’s essential to be a “people person” in real estate. The conversation ends with Sophia sharing what she would do if she had to start over with $1,000 and her goals for the future.
