He also shared how wrestling helped shape him into who he is today and how he balances his personal and work life with the help of his wife.

 

Next, Nathan tells a story about his first transaction, his advice for new agents if they were starting with only $1,000, and what his future goals are. He talked about his worst experience selling property and what the experience entailed.

 

Brad and Taylor asked if he implemented any change in his business during the lockdown to which he shared how they switched to zoom calls when showcasing properties. Staying connected with the buyers is important as well.

 

The conversation ends with Nathan sharing his personal marketing strategy, his advice for new realtors, and his admiration for Dave Ramsey’s books.
