What brought you to WindowStill?
I worked in a variety of positions in the wireless industry for many years before realizing my heart was no longer in that field of work. When it was time to return to work after COVID quarantine, I knew it was time to find a career path that fully utilizes my skills and interests.
After deciding I would move on to a more fitting career path, I stumbled upon a job opening for WindowStill and the rest was history!
What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of working as the Lead Editor is definitely getting to work with all the creative and talented individuals that make up WindowStill’s team. These people make the company so much fun and my days are enjoyable because of them!
How has WindowStill helped you with your career development?
Since I started working with WindowStill, I’ve been able to hone in on a variety of creative skills. These include video editing and developing marketing strategies. These are two areas I’ve always wanted to practice and grow in.
In addition to creative skills, my job with WindowStill has helped me develop strong interpersonal relationships with clients and coworkers!
When you’re not working, what do you like to do in your free time?
I love learning more about photo and video manipulation, even when I’m not at work! Besides that, I can be found spending time with my girlfriend, Ashley, and my puppy, Roxanne.
I also have a love for baking, so I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen whipping up delectable treats. Some of my signature treats are homemade cinnamon rolls around Christmas time, and pies, cookies, and cakes!
If you could learn any new skill, what would you choose and why?
One area that I really want to become more knowledgeable in is finances. I would love to learn more about managing finances so I can prepare for my future more effectively.
Other than that, I’m always open to learning new skills or information. I feel that life is a learning adventure, so I’m always looking to discover new skills and grow the ones I already am interested in. Wise men know that we never stop learning!
