WindowStill Spotlight: Nicole Beaudreau
This week under the WindowStill Spotlight, we have Nicole Beaudreau!
Nicole is a real estate photographer working in Brighton, MI. Take a look at what she had to say…
What is your role at WindowStill? What does a typical day of work look like for you?
I’m a real estate photographer. In the spring and summer, I typically work full time, doing 2-3 photoshoots or 3D Matterport tours per day. In the fall and winter, I go down to part-time doing the same work.
How did you find WindowStill?
I was on Indeed.com one day looking for a job when I came across a listing for a photographer for WindowStill. I applied and have been working with WindowStill ever since!
What do you like to do in your free time when you’re not working?
In my free time, I love playing with our pets. We have a chocolate lab, a ferret, and a cat!
What advice would you give to an aspiring photographer/videographer?
I would say to try your best with everything that you do. It’s important to not only fulfill the needs and wants of the realtors and homeowners, but be polite and efficient while doing so.
What do you feel is the most important quality of a photographer/videographer?
I would say being able to be efficient and polite while you’re working with clients is the most important. Many people can take great photos, but if you aren’t enjoyable to work with, clients will find someone else.
